The mum-of-two, 36, stunned fans on Tuesday when she shared a scantily-clad black and white shot of herself perched in a tree wearing only a pair of boots.
The picture was taken for a book by esteemed photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott - but not even their stellar reputation in the business could save the reality star from being savaged by her followers who were offering up some hilarious alternative captions and comments.
"Stop lookin in my window Kim," one joked underneath the snap.
"When u find his house and look through his window," a second joked, while a third said she needed to watch out for splinters.
"Why they got you in a tree girl you're gonna get a splinter in some bad places."
